International competition "One poem— one scene"

December 12, 2025 at the University named after J.Tasheneva, in order to increase the interest of young people in the artistic word, literature and theatrical art, develop creative potential, as well as popularize national and modern values at the international level, an international competition "One Poem— one scene" was held. This international competition was organized in cooperation with the Zhumabek Tashenev University and the Association of Uzbek Ethnocultural Associations of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Dustlik". Students from different countries took part in the competition (online), who presented scenic interpretations of samples of national and modern poetry. The performances of the participants were evaluated by the jury according to the level of stage culture, expressiveness, artistic skill and creative approach. The event helped to increase the interest of young people in literature and theatrical art, develop artistic taste, as well as strengthen intercultural ties between nations.
