International Specialized Accreditation by NAOKO, November 6–7, 2025, for the Educational Program 6B02101 – “Design” of Zhanibek Tashenev University

The educational program 6B02101 – “Design” of Zhanibek Tashenev University has successfully undergone the International Specialized Accreditation by NAOKO. The expert commission conducted a comprehensive assessment of student training quality, the learning environment, and cooperation with the professional industry.

On the first day, NAOKO experts familiarized themselves with the university, its infrastructure, and material and technical resources. Meetings were held with structural divisions, the dean’s office, heads of departments, faculty members, graduates, students, and employers. Discussions focused on the program’s objectives, learning outcomes, graduate employment, and the effectiveness of the faculty’s interaction with the design industry.

On the second day, the experts visited the practical training bases of the program: the Private School “Parasat” and the Creative Industry Hub of Zhanna Eltanova, where they reviewed the conditions for professional practice for design students. Open classes were also conducted, during which experts evaluated teaching methods, student engagement, and the compliance of the educational process with modern standards.

The accreditation procedure demonstrated the quality, relevance, and industry-orientation of the educational program, aimed at preparing competitive specialists in the field of design.
