The Institute of World Languages at Tashenev University held its traditional induction ceremony for first-year students, during which newcomers were officially welcomed into the university’s academic community.
Opening the event, the Director of the Institute, Zhanna Botabayeva, addressed the students with parting words:
“Today you stand on the threshold of a new stage in your life. Learning languages is a powerful tool that opens limitless opportunities. I believe that by receiving high-quality education at our institute, you will become competitive specialists of an international level. We are always ready to support you,” she said.
On behalf of the Student Government, the student director of the institute, Tölegen Nazerke, encouraged the first-year students to be active and initiative-driven:
“Our institute is an environment where you can grow, express creativity, and develop leadership qualities. We look forward to your new ideas and projects. From today onward, you are part of one big family,” she emphasized.
During the ceremony, students learned about the institute’s traditions and took a ceremonial oath. The event inspired the participants and energized them for new achievements.
