We need to systematically implement the head of state's initiative

It is known that youth is the driving force of society at any stage.The main attention of the state is paid to the fact that they are the owners of conscious education and quality education. It is obvious that young people with a clear upbringing, advanced thinking and education will become the legal personality of their time and will join the ranks of those who want a bright future for our country. Therefore, it is necessary to form today's youth as an honest and creative generation that can think about the future, freely and openly express personal opinions, have legal, financial and information literacy.

In order for the Republic of Kazakhstan to become a leading country on the world stage, it has established itself as a democratic, secular, legal and Social country, and has established itself in Article 1 of the Constitution. This means that the personal opinion of each citizen, the protection of his rights and freedoms by law, as well as Social Security are the main focus on creating a bright future for our country.

Head of state Kassym-Jomart Kemelovich promotes the principle of "just Kazakhstan is an honest citizen" and the ideology of "Law and order" on the way to the formation of a bright future for Kazakhstan. The ultimate goal of this position and ideology is to recognize the "honest citizens" who lead our country to civilization, whose work is valued in the eyes of the state with selfless and creative abilities, to glorify them in their rank by setting an example for others, and to form a "psychology of honesty" among young people. At this point, we recall the wisdom of our people: "the endowment of my animal soul, the endowment of my soul" and turn to the purity of conscience.

As the president emphasized at the meetings of the national constituent entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the event of the formation of the principle of honesty among every citizen of society, illegal actions and criminal incidents will be reduced, the level of comfortable living of citizens will be increased, and Universal advanced ideas and concrete decisions that protect the population socially will be implemented. The honesty of citizens before conscience and the law creates a just society.

The issues raised by the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. K. Tokayev at the enlarged meeting of the board of law enforcement agencies of the country on June 23 bear great responsibility for every citizen of Kazakhstan. After all, it is not only the duty of law enforcement agencies to protect and insure young people from crimes such as drug trafficking, drug addiction, synthetic tobacco, ludomania, which are swept away by the flames of youth (childhood). A child is the light of every parent's eyes, the warmth of his heart, the meaning of his life, the continuation. If law enforcement officers ensure common order and political stability in public places, each parent and organizations of secondary and higher education should show the child a direct path. Organizations of secondary and higher education for the younger generation need to explain the concept of the state, the value of the native land, parents, the internal regulatory procedures of educational organizations and the basic requirements of the universal law. In order to ensure equal protection of the constitutional rights of every citizen before the law, the rule of law should be notified of its functions.

At the meeting of the board, the head of state noted that "the government should review the educational work in educational institutions. It is necessary to pay special attention to the issue of teaching the younger generation to respect the law. Children should come out of school as "honest citizens".As they say," education is from the cradle", we are sure that if we call the younger generation to order in a timely manner and instill in their minds and memory the principles of kindness and honesty, they will become famous people who will not deviate from the right path.

The rule of law guarantees the protection of the constitutional rights of people and citizens by law, and also contributes to the correct assessment of their human dignity and purity of conscience. The purity of a person and citizens before conscience and the law forms, first of all, public confidence and respect for the systematic implementation of laws and regulations, and secondly, for the laws and legal norms adopted by the state. ​One of the manifestations of the president's initiative is the project of the summer camp "EduCamShym - 2025", which is held within the walls of the University in Shymkent for schoolchildren. The project of the summer camp, which was launched on May 26 this year, organized by the akimat of Shymkent, the City Department of Education and one of the city's universities, provides great opportunities for schoolchildren. For example, schoolchildren who come to Zhumabek Tashenev university not only get acquainted with the history of the University, the educational base, the teaching staff and student youth, but also conduct lectures on "legal literacy", "financial literacy", "information literacy" and contribute to the formation of the principles and personal views of "Adal Azamat".
