On March 19, 2026, S.E. Taldybek, a lecturer of the Department of Physical Education, conducted a homeroom session on the topic “Education and Safety in the Internet Era” for the students of the mentoring groups FK-25-1k15 and FK-24-1k12.

During the session, the role of the Internet in education, information exchange, and communication was widely discussed. Particular attention was also paid to the risks encountered in the digital environment, including Internet addiction, the spread of misinformation, cyberbullying, and online fraud.

At the end of the event, the students exchanged views on the importance of responsible and safe Internet use in enhancing information literacy within society. The session contributed to raising young people's awareness and responsibility regarding information security issues and helped develop skills for safe behavior in the digital environment.
