First-year students of the Department of Economics and Management, Faculty of Economics and Law at Z.A. Tashenov University, visited Alatau City Bank and KMF Bank as part of their introductory internship program.

The purpose of the visit was to familiarize students with the banking sector, bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and provide a deeper understanding of their future profession.

During the visit, students learned about the organizational structure of the banks, their key areas of activity, customer service procedures, and the functioning of the modern banking system. Banking professionals shared valuable insights and practical experience, while students had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss career prospects in the financial sector.

The internship supervisors were Zhanat Temirova and Bibigul Orazova. Such practical activities contribute to the development of professional competencies, enhance students’ practical skills, and strengthen their interest in their chosen field of study.
