An important meeting with youth was held at Zhumabek Tashenev University.

A meeting dedicated to discussing pressing social issues among young people took place at Zhumabek Tashenev University. The main goal of the event was to explain ethnopolitics and raise awareness about the harmful impact of destructive religious movements.

The meeting was attended by Nurkhan Abdimanap, a specialist from the Center for the Study of Religious Issues under the Department for Religious Affairs of Shymkent city, and Nurzhan Abdukarimov, an expert from the “Kogamdyk Kelisim” municipal institution under the Department of Internal Policy. The speakers provided comprehensive information on the importance of social stability and harmony, improving religious literacy, and preventing radical views.

The event was moderated by Nurzhakhsyn Karmantaev, a specialist of the Outreach and NEET Youth Department at the Youth Resource Center. During the meeting, students asked questions of interest and received clear answers from the experts.

Such meetings contribute to the development of critical thinking among young people, encourage active engagement with social issues, and help shape proper values.
