On April 23, 2026, a regular meeting of the Industry Council of the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence and Innovation was organized.

The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty D.Sh. Dushabayev, Deputy Dean V.I. Nakhipova, Head of the Department S.B. Botayeva, professors and lecturers of the Department of IT and Digital Technologies, internship supervisors, Director of Tomorrow School U.N. Slambekov, and industry representatives.

During the meeting, participants became acquainted with the activities of the Tomorrow School educational center, as well as its modern infrastructure and educational opportunities.

During the session, students’ research and startup projects were discussed, and their relevance and practical importance were particularly emphasized. In addition, opportunities for developing academic mobility programs, clarifying professional requirements for graduates, and introducing elements of dual education were comprehensively considered.

Head of the Department S.B. Botayeva also proposed updating the name of the educational program, and this initiative was supported by the participants.

In his speech, Dean D.Sh. Dushabayev focused on the future development of the faculty and highlighted key goals such as improving the quality of education, strengthening international cooperation, training specialists in demand in the labor market, and increasing scientific and innovative projects. He also presented ways to achieve these objectives, including the introduction of modern educational technologies, expansion of cooperation with industrial enterprises, strengthening practice-oriented education, and enhancing human resource potential.

At the end of the meeting, specific proposals were made on all agenda items, and the priority directions for the faculty’s future development were determined.
