ZHETYSAY MEETS YOUNG PEOPLE

A meeting with a public activist and a well-known journalist of the ONTUSTIK TV channel Rakhat Argynbay was organized by the Syrdariуa University in Zhetysay.
The meeting was attended by the head of the department of internal policy of the Zhetysai region Omar Yessenbekov and the vice-rector for educational work and social issues of the University of Syrdariуa Zamzagul Slambekova, as well as students and senior pupils of Zhetysai.
At the meeting, which took place at the university, which has close ties with several leading universities in the world, young people asked Rakhat Yerdauletuly questions about his childhood and present, plans and goals for the future, education and science, culture and sports, journalism and blogging, shortcomings and achievements of modern society, and he, in turn, shared his thoughts.
“For me, the land of my homeland is always precious, always hot, and every inhabitant of my homeland is as precious as my brother. Wherever I go, I am proud of your accomplishments. Today's youth of our country - our state trusts us very much, given the great opportunities in education and science, business, sports and culture, social, IT and other spheres. Therefore, shape your future today and take advantage of the opportunities presented. Society always needs educated and qualified specialists in any field, ”Rakhat Yerdauletuly said.
In addition, during the meeting, young people exchanged views on the benefits of reading and social networks. They also asked questions about the national code and the continuity of generations, the values of traditions and interethnic harmony.
“Today was a wonderful meeting for the youth of our region. After all, our contemporary, a native of Zhetysai, Rakhat Yerdauletuly, came and shared his wonderful ideas that inspire our young students. I can say with confidence that every young person who took part in today's meeting has a new plan for the future and a role model for his life ”, said Akerke Tursyn, organizer of the event and head of the Department of Youth Affairs of Syrdariуа University.
At the end of the meeting, the university staff presented gifts to the guests and thanked them. A commemorative photo was taken.
