- You are right, in the post-Soviet period, when the communist ideology, the principles of Marxism-Leninism prevailed, our own history was distorted by narrow-class interests, Eurocentric, Russian views. And national interests and civilizational views were forgotten. History has lost its objective meaning and turned into a real ideological tool. For example, before the revolution, the Kazakh people were considered a wild, uncivilized people who migrated only for livestock. At that time it was impossible to say the word "Kazakh civilization". If we say that the main features of civilization are the state, writing and architecture, the Kazakhs were considered the most disgusting people. Prominent Russian figures (Solzhenitsyn, Zhirinovsky, Nikonov, etc.) have repeatedly stated that "there is no state in Kazakhstan." Back in 2015, this word came from the president of Russia himself. Therefore, I think that in 2015 President Nursultan Nazarbayev will celebrate the 550th anniversary of the Kazakh Khanate to the world.

And a history that meets national interests means that the titular nation that gives the name to the state meets the interests and spiritual needs of the Kazakh people, meets public needs, forms the historical consciousness of the people, the historical memory of the people. nation and unites the people of Kazakhstan. there must be a story that can contribute. National history is the main spiritual code of a nation. And people with a strong national code and high national spirit will withstand any globalization, his future is bright, and his independence will be eternal.
On some issues, we could not learn from history. For example, in the nineties of the twentieth century, we made serious mistakes in the privatization of agriculture. They distributed agricultural machinery and land without any scientific justification. If during collectivization everyone gathered in one place, now, on the contrary, it was in a hurry disbanded. This is just one example. We will not be mistaken if we make a decision based on history and analyze historical events in order to choose the right path for the further development of Kazakh society, the Kazakh state. After all, history is a great teacher, you have to learn from it.
