The head of the Chancellery of «Syrdariуa» University belongs to the category of employees.
The Chancellery registers all documents submitted to the university and checks the execution of documents issued by the university, controls their implementation, and is responsible for their safety.
In its work, the Chancellery is guided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Labor Code, the Law "On Education", the Charter of the University, the internal regulations, orders and orders of the Rector of the University, regulations and methodological materials for the performance of work.
The head of the office is hired and dismissed by order of the rector of the university.
The head of the office reports directly to the rector of the university.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A person with higher education and work experience of at least 3 years is appointed to the position of the head of the office.
The head of the office should know:
- The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education".
- the basics of labor organization;
- fundamentals of labor law;
- regulations, rules, instructions, other guidelines and documents on the case;
- forms of procedural documents;
- rules for the reception, distribution and storage of documents;
- the procedure for processing incoming and outgoing documents;
- internal standards of the university;
- norms and rules for labor protection;
- office regulations;

TASKS
The head of the office is obliged:
- execute all documents entering the University;
- check the documents issued by the University, send them by mail or in cash;
- prepare a draft production order;
- to ensure the safety of files prior to transfer to the departmental archive.
- monitor the timely execution of documents;
- to control the quality of preparation, correctness of execution, approval, approval of documents submitted for signing to the head of the University;
- plan and organize your work;
- control the storage of department documents in order and in accordance with the nomenclature;
- ensure the confidentiality of official information;
- comply with safety requirements;
- comply with professional ethics.
