Legal service

Legal service is a structural unit of the Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenev University LLP, whose tasks are to ensure compliance with legislation at the University and legal protection of its interests; informing about the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Functional responsibilities of the legal service
Development, participation in the development of documents of a legal nature: contracts, agreements, memorandums, regulations, agreements, protocols of participants of the Partnership and their legal examination for legality, legal examination of orders (with the exception of orders, orders of a production nature); drawing up and presenting claims, suits, complaints, etc.; Conducting consultations on legal issues for employees of various departments of the organization and providing legal assistance; Legal support of University transactions. Representation and protection of the interests of the University in courts and in relations with state control and supervisory authorities. Analysis of the practice of concluding contracts in order to eliminate identified deficiencies in their execution.
The legal service in its work is guided by the civil, labor, administrative, procedural legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulations in the education system; charter, regulatory documents of the University, policy and goals in the field of quality.
The activities of the University's legal service are regulated by the regulations on the legal department.
