Meaningful discussion - requirements, discipline, education

A special meeting was held at the Faculty of Information Technologies, Law and Economics of our university, in which the vice-rector for social and educational work of the university, Galymzhan Shamshidinovich Bitursyn, took part.
At the meeting, department heads reported on the work to divide first-year students into groups and approve group leaders from among active students. Approved senior mentors informed students about mentoring activities carried out during training, educational process and educational work.
During the meeting, group leaders, subject teachers, mentors gave information on supervision, control and verification of student participation in classes, heads of university structures responsible for the economy, dormitory commandants reported on the situation with the placement of students in the dormitory, the implementation of the established order in the dormitory, the state compliance with the duty regime, organization of training hours. During the meeting, first-year students and students who transferred to the university from other educational institutions were explained the internal regulations adopted at the higher education institution.
The meeting participants discussed the issue of celebrating the 25th anniversary of Tashenev University and expressed their opinion on the initiative to hold the “Best Mentor” competition.
