Young Scientists Award

Large-scale events continued the second day of the republican scientific and practical conference on the theme "Youth and Science - 2023", organized on the occasion of the Day of Science Workers.
Speaking at the ceremony, Farida Turgynbaevna, vice-rector for educational and methodological work, congratulated the university staff on the Day of Science Workers and thanked all the participants. She presented letters of thanks to young scientists and their leaders who distinguished themselves by their special projects, teachers and professors who contributed to the scientific direction of the university.
Vice-Rector for Research Sholpan Arzymbetova, who initiated the organization of the event, emphasized the importance of holding a scientific and practical conference. “For the first time, a student conference is being held at our university. 130 students from the cities of Astana, Semey, Kyzylorda, Kostanay and Almaty took part and presented their research projects. 48 of them won and received awards. On the first day of the conference, we work with students, and on the second day, we reward our teachers-professors who do significant work in the scientific direction of the university. Such a conference will now traditionally be held every year. Here we have worked on various criteria to increase the activity of our teachers in relation to science. Today, 98 percent of our teachers are engaged in scientific work, - said Sholpan Zhaksylykovna.
As part of this event, dedicated to the Day of Science Workers, a "Festival of Creative Ideas", an exhibition-defile of national collections, and evening gatherings will be organized.
