The Student House is Opened

On November 11, 2024, the opening ceremony of the new Student House was held at the Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenev University within the framework of a public-private partnership.
The modern 4-storey student house provides students with an inexpensive social store, a student kitchen, a modern dance floor, a laundry room and a study hall equipped with Internet access. A special feature of the building is that all rooms and walking areas are illuminated.
Since August 20 of this year, students have been accommodated in a new dormitory for 150 people, commissioned in July 2024, on Baidibek bi Avenue (25/1) in Shymkent.
At the opening ceremony of the new Student House, which was held with a concert program, the Chairman of the Board of the Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenev University, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor Onalbay Ayashuli, Rector of the Technological University, Professor Kanat Seyitzhanuly Baibolov; Rector of the Southern Pedagogical University named after Ozbekali Zhanibekov Gulzhan Dauletbekovina Sugirbaeva, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and Social Issues Barshagul Kashkinkovina Isabek; private entrepreneur Kasymbay Dzhakhanuly Abdykhalyk; private entrepreneur Khillola Makhmutzhanovna Anarmetova cut the ribbon and expressed their best wishes to the young students.
