On February 2, 2026, senior lecturer Meruert Balganova conducted an open lesson for groups IEF-23-13k1, IEF-23-13k2, and IEF-23-13k3 in the discipline “Graphics and Animation Tools” on the topic “Concept of Computer Graphics, Its Types and Application.”

The purpose of the lesson was to provide students with fundamental theoretical knowledge about computer graphics, to explain its main types, and to examine its application in modern information technologies.

During the lesson, the basic concepts of computer graphics, as well as the characteristics and differences between raster and vector graphics, were discussed in detail. In addition, the capabilities of graphic software tools and their practical applications were analyzed through concrete examples. Theoretical material was supported by practical tasks, contributing to the development of students’ professional skills and competencies.

The open lesson was conducted at a high organizational and methodological level in accordance with academic requirements. The students actively participated and demonstrated good understanding while completing the assigned tasks. The content and structure of the lesson fully corresponded to the stated objectives and enhanced students’ interest in the discipline
