On March 3, 2026, a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was signed between “KMF Bank” Joint-Stock Company (Shymkent City Branch) and Zh.A. Tashenеv University.
In order to implement the provisions of the Memorandum, the Director of the Shymkent Branch of “KMF Bank” JSC, Armanbay Duanayev, and the Human Resources (HR) Manager, Gulmeiram Aminova, paid an official visit to the University. Their visit reflects the parties’ strong commitment to developing sustainable bilateral cooperation.
The Memorandum is aimed at strengthening institutional collaboration between the higher education system and the financial sector, improving the quality of professional training, and enhancing practice-oriented educational mechanisms.
The primary objective of the Memorandum is to align the higher education process with the current demands of the labor market, to foster students’ professional competencies, and to further develop their practical skills.
Within the framework of cooperation, the parties agreed to implement the following areas:
• organization of industrial and pre-graduation internships for students;
• delivery of scientific and practical seminars and lectures in the fields of finance and entrepreneurship;
• provision of paid internship opportunities.
The implementation of the Memorandum is expected to contribute to the strengthening of long-term strategic partnership, the integration of academic knowledge with industry-based practice, and the socio-economic development of the region.
