On March 19, 2026, a practical session titled “Stress as a Resource: A Creative Approach” was conducted with students of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology.
The session was aimed at developing awareness of personal stress responses and mastering simple self-regulation techniques through creative expression. Participants explored how stress manifests in the body and emotions, practiced breathing exercises, and used drawing and written dialogue as tools for constructive emotional processing.
The session combined elements of psychoeducation (including the ideas of Hans Selye on the nature of stress), body-based practices, and an art-based approach, making it accessible and safe for a wide audience.
