FROM IDEA TO PROJECT: SUPPORT AND RESOURCES FOR FACULTY RESEARCH

In accordance with the work plan of the Department of Russian and Uzbek Languages, a training seminar titled “Enhancing Academic Staff Research Activity: Motivation, Resources, and Support Tools” was held on October 22, 2025. The seminar focused on preparing the academic staff for participation in funded research projects for the 2026–2027 academic year, discussing available resources and support tools for research activities, and introducing methods to increase motivation for active research work.

Special attention was given to sharing experiences with foreign scholars, who provided practical recommendations on organizing research activities, enhancing publication activity, and integrating modern international methodologies into teaching and scientific work.
