Topic: "On the structure of the kernel of the Fredholm integral equation of the second kind, related to the spectral problems of the Cauchy-Riemann differential operator"

The report discusses the spectral problems of the Cauchy-Riemann operator with Dirichlet-type boundary conditions and non-local boundary conditions, where the problem is reduced to a singular integral equation, the index is calculated, which is equal to zero, and the non-uniqueness conditions are established. The problem is then reduced to a Fredholm integral equation of the second kind with a degenerate kernel. The study used the 3rd theorem of the first Kazakh PhD, I. Akbergenov, on the approximation of nuclei.
