On December 11, 2025, a successful poetic monologue performance (monospectacle) was held at the Institute of World Languages, dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Russian poet, Sergei Alexandrovich Esenin.

The event, organized by the Department of Russian and Uzbek Languages, brought together students from the 1st and 2nd years, faculty members, and all connoisseurs of Russian literature. The evening was conceived as a tribute and an opportunity to once again connect with Esenin's immortal lyrics, which celebrated the homeland, native nature, and strong human emotions.

  • Monopoetry: During the performance, the poet's most significant and soulful works were read. The performers successfully conveyed the entire depth and the "living soul" of Esenin's lyrics.
  • Musical Accompaniment: The poetry readings were accompanied by carefully selected music, which highlighted the richness of feelings reflected in Esenin's poetry, creating an atmosphere of deep emotional immersion.

The poetic monologue performance became not only an excellent opportunity to celebrate the great poet's anniversary but also a platform for lively interaction between students and faculty, strengthening interest in the study of Russian literature and performing arts.

The Department of Russian and Uzbek Languages expresses its sincere gratitude to all participants and guests for their interest and important contribution to the preservation of cultural heritage.
