Experience Exchange: 4th-Year Students Share Practical Skills with Future Educators

Job Fair: New Opportunities for Students and Master's Degree Holders! On November 18, 2025, at 14:00, students of our university participated in the Job Fair organized by the Department of Internal Policy and Youth Affairs of Shymkent City. The event, held at the "Kórme Ortalyǵy" Exhibition Center under the title "Eńbek – ómirdiń tutqasy" ("Labor is the Key to Life"), became a significant platform for establishing direct contacts between employers and job seekers. Participants Representatives from the following educational programs were present and actively engaged at the Fair: 4th-year students of the educational program "6B01702 – Training of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature." Master's degree students of the educational program "7M01704 – Training of Teachers of Uzbek Language and Literature." Establishing Direct Contacts The main goal of the event was to establish a direct connection between employers and job seekers, as well as to inform about state employment programs. This was an excellent opportunity for our graduates to: Get acquainted with current vacancies in the field of education and related sectors. Obtain information about labor market requirements. Exchange contacts with potential future employers. Participation in such events is a crucial step in the professional development of our students and Master's degree holders, helping them to successfully integrate into the working life of Shymkent City.
