An open class on monitoring and self-monitoring during physical exercise was held

Bagila Sakibekovna Altynbekova, a master’s degree holder and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Physical Education, conducted an open class for students of groups 5101-26қ1, 5101-26қ2, and 5101-26қ3 as part of the Physical Education course. The topic was “Monitoring and Self-Monitoring During Physical Exercise.”
