According to the results of the international PISA study, the quality of secondary education has not risen from 50th to 60th place among 80 participating countries over the past ten years, continuous criticism in this area, the low role of science in promoting the development of the country's economy, one-sided evaluation of education, priority of low-quality indicators, the results of the national unified test and the discrepancy in school prices and other pressing problems, the president of the country called blindness and said: “If the younger generation is not educated, it is useless to talk about the growth of the country. Today's educated youth will become specialists, entrepreneurs, leaders who will lead Kazakhstan forward tomorrow. That is why I pay special attention to the issue of education.” At the same time, K. Since the 21st century is the information age, an important direction is the development of the digital architecture of higher education institutions, turning them into digital universities. For this, virtual laboratories have been created and massive open online courses are working. According to the ministry, today, on the basis of the instruction of the Head of State, students are provided with access to world electronic libraries. The accelerated development of IT, cybersecurity, communications, medicine, pedagogy, transport and logistics, agriculture is a very important task for the state.
President of the country Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said: “The new identity of the nation is being formed through the development of education, science and culture. We can say that these three areas are the main three areas of work in the field of spiritual development. It is known from the lessons of the time that science, innovation, economics constitute an inseparable trinity and have become the main mechanism and source of strength for any developed country to achieve civilization and success. It is clear that the history of the development of Kazakh science is very deep, it begins from ancient times. However, the present and future of science is important for us.

One of the main tasks of modern education and science is the formation of an intellectual nation. We believe that the Ministry of Industry will fulfill this task.
Roughly speaking, we are dominated by imitation. We are such a nation. This is a good feature. However, the education of the individual and the training of qualified personnel are not solved overnight. This issue is a changeable process that requires diligence, patience, constant hard work. I mean, unfortunately, there are a lot of unresolved problems in preschool, school, higher and postgraduate education. This is an important step to stay away from politics, which is so hard for us.
I would like to summarize my thoughts with the following words of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev: “Our ultimate goal is to be among the countries that start the trend, and do not follow it.” And this is a question that depends on a conscious generation and a quality nation. The way to solve it is to make a flag of loyalty, to sincerely serve the country, and at the same time to conduct education and science in accordance with the requirements of the time.
