A scientific seminar with the participation of Master’s students of the Department of World Languages was held on February 18, 2026, in Room 203, on the topic “Integration of Virtual Reality into the Educational Process: Prospects and Challenges of Modern Higher Education.”

 

In addition to the Master’s students, experienced school teachers from city schools took part in the seminar and shared their pedagogical experience.

 

The main purpose of the seminar was to discuss the opportunities and current challenges of integrating Virtual Reality (VR) technologies into the modern higher education system, to exchange experience, and to develop scientific and methodological recommendations aimed at improving the educational process.

 

The Master’s students presented the results of small-scale studies on the use of VR in language teaching, other academic subjects, and pedagogy. School teachers also shared their initial experiences of using VR elements in their lessons.

 

The seminar was organized at a high level and successfully achieved its objectives. Participants noted that virtual reality technologies are an important tool for modernizing the contemporary higher education system. Participants with the best presentations were awarded certificates.
