Mediathek / News / On March 5, 2026, a psychological quest titled “Labyrinth of Emotions” was conducted together with first-year students of groups Pik 25-7k 1 and 2.
“Labyrinth of Emotions” is an interactive psychological quest in which participants move through thematic stations dedicated to various emotions: joy, anger, fear, sadness, surprise, and guilt. Through game-based tasks, discussions, and short role-plays, participants learn to recognize their own feelings, understand the emotional reactions of others, and find healthy and constructive ways to express emotions.
The quest is conducted in a team-based format and combines elements of play, reflection, and practical exercises.
The objective of the quest:
To develop participants’ emotional intelligence by:
- fostering skills in recognizing and naming emotions;
- developing empathy and supportive communication skills;
- mastering constructive ways of expressing feelings;
- enhancing self-awareness and self-regulation skills.
