Тhe 19.11.2025у. сandidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Senior Lecturer of the Department of  «Theory and methods of teaching physical culture» B. Turebekov, and master of science lecturer A. Makhanbetova, conducted a seminar on the topic «Development of Students’ Motor Skills through the Use of Circuit Training in Physical Education Classes». During the seminar, the effectiveness of using circuit exercises in physical education classes was discussed comprehensively. In particular, the role of the circuit training method in developing students’ motor qualities was highlighted, as well as its importance in improving strength, speed, endurance, agility, and flexibility. In addition, during the session, attention was paid to the proper planning of training load, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students, as well as ensuring compliance with safety requirements
