In order to strengthen cooperation with employers and ensure that educational programs meet the requirements of the modern labor market, the university regularly holds meetings with representatives of employer organizations, as well as organizes round tables and working meetings. During these events, employers discuss issues related to the quality of implementation of educational programs, the learning outcomes of students, prospects for the development of educational programs, and their adaptation to changing socio-economic conditions and labor market needs.

Such meetings contribute to the development of social partnership, improvement of the content of educational programs, and enhancement of the practical orientation of education. Special attention is paid to the organization and completion of students’ professional internships, the formation of professional competencies, and increasing the competitiveness of graduates.

Thus, on March 15, 2025, the university held another meeting with representatives of internship bases: Secondary School No. 14 named after Aibek, No. 42 named after Hamza, No. 13 named after Muqimi, and Lyceum School No. 107 named after Yu. Saremi. During the meeting, issues of the quality of student training, conditions for completing internships, as well as employers’ proposals for further improvement of the educational process were discussed.

 

Cooperation with these organizations makes it possible to ensure practice-oriented training of students, take into account employers’ requirements, and improve the quality of training of future specialists.
