From October 2 to 4, 2025, representatives of Tashenev University took part in the Digital Bridge 2025 international forum held in Astana.
The university delegation included Vice-Rector Zhanar Rysbekova, Chief of Staff Kamila Sugirbekova, Dean of the Faculty of IT and Natural Sciences Daulet Dushabayev, and Head of the Artificial Intelligence Center Arystan Saduakas.

During the forum, the university representatives signed four memorandums of cooperation.

🤝 Signed Memorandums:
1️⃣ Astana Hub — implementation of the Tomorrow School project and development of acceleration programs;
2️⃣ The Game LLP — development of an online course “Financial Management” and introduction of endowment fund methodology;
3️⃣ Astana IT University — joint grant projects, scientific publications, and double degree programs (DDP);
4️⃣ Yessen & Company — creation of a social platform on the topic of autism within the Erasmus+ program.

🌐 Digital Bridge 2025 is a leading international platform dedicated to the future of education and digital transformation.

The key themes of the forum included the role of universities in the era of BigTech and artificial intelligence, academic integrity, human capital development, and the adaptation of educators to digital change.

International experts emphasized that 60% of today’s school students will work in professions that do not yet exist.

📊 Two key directions for the development of education were highlighted:

First direction — developing functional literacy and thinking skills in accordance with PISA standards.
Experts noted that the modern education system should focus not only on memorization, but also on fostering analytical, critical, and practical thinking. These skills are the main indicators of human capital quality according to the international PISA system.

🌏 Second direction — early adaptation to technology.
In technologically advanced countries such as South Korea, Japan, and Estonia, children are introduced to digital literacy and algorithmic thinking from an early age. This approach promotes the innovative potential of young people and prepares them for participation in the digital economy of the future.

🌐 AI Sana — Artificial Intelligence Ecosystem
One of the most discussed initiatives at the forum was the national project AI Sana, an ecosystem for the development of artificial intelligence. The project aims to train students in AI skills, introduce AI agents and cloud-based solutions, hold AI Sana Talks, and launch acceleration programs.

“Digital Bridge is not just about technology — it’s about improving the quality of education and human capital.
The agreements signed at the forum open new opportunities for our students to participate in international projects and gain broader professional experience,”
— noted Vice-Rector of Tashenev University Zhanar Rysbekova.
