“Department of Physical Education, training of physical education teachers”

The mission of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Teaching Physical Education is to prepare competitive, professionally competent, and highly qualified specialists in the field of physical education and sports and to contribute to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle in society.

The department provides training under the following educational programs:

• 6B01409 – Physical Education and Sport (IP)
• 6B01401 – Physical Education Teacher Training

The department carries out academic, methodological, research, and educational activities in accordance with the strategic development plan of the department and the university.

The department's activities are regulated by the normative and instructional documents of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the University Charter, the Department Regulations, and other internal regulatory documents of the university.
