On November 8, 2022, Master’s degree holder and Senior Lecturer Venera Nakhipova conducted an open lesson for group IEF-19-9k in the discipline “Repair and Maintenance of Computer Systems” on the topic “Activation and Visualization of Computer Hardware. Explanation of Internal Components of the System Unit.”

The purpose of the lesson was to develop students’ knowledge and practical skills in activating computer hardware, understanding the principles of its operation, as well as gaining an in-depth understanding of the structure and functions of the internal components of a computer system unit.

During the lesson, the instructor systematically explained the stages of starting up and activating computer equipment and provided a detailed academic description of the main internal components of a computer, including the motherboard, processor, random access memory (RAM), data storage devices, power supply unit, and other components. Their functional features, interconnections, and maintenance requirements were thoroughly analyzed. The theoretical material was integrated with practical elements, contributing to the development of students’ professional competencies.

The open lesson was conducted at a high organizational and methodological level in accordance with the requirements of the academic process. The students actively participated and demonstrated good knowledge while completing the assigned tasks. The content and structure of the lesson fully corresponded to the stated objectives and enhanced students’ interest in the discipline.
