In the city of Shymkent, Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, Marat Azilkhanov, met with leaders of ethnocultural associations and public organizations.
During the meeting, participants discussed the implementation of the tasks set out in the President’s Address and at the 34th Session of the Assembly, as well as issues related to developing volunteerism, supporting public initiatives, and strengthening cooperation with government bodies.
In his remarks, Marat Azilkhanov noted that the Shymkent City Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan successfully implemented the charity campaign “Road to School”, demonstrating one of the best results in the country.
“Members of the Shymkent Assembly have shown a vivid example of social responsibility and unity. The creative projects of ethnocultural associations make a significant contribution to strengthening the values of peace, mutual respect, and trust in society,” said Marat Azilkhanov.
During the event, representatives of the intelligentsia and youth who contributed to strengthening national unity were awarded Letters of Appreciation from the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.
Among the awardees was the Rector of Tashenev University, Professor Kanat Baibolov.
“This award is recognition of the efforts of our entire university team. We consider it our primary mission to educate young people about the importance of unity, harmony, and mutual respect. Tashenev University is always ready to contribute to the spiritual and social development of society,” said Professor Baibolov.
At the end of the meeting, the participants emphasized the importance of continuing efforts to strengthen civic responsibility and public harmony.
