On October 28, 2025, at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Senior Lecturer of the department, Aitkulova N.Zh., Master of Pedagogical Sciences, conducted an open lecture class in the discipline “Psychology in Education and Concepts of Interaction and Communication” for second-year students of the educational program 6B01302 – Primary Education (IP), group PiK-24-5r.

Mastering New Material. Content and Course of the Class
The open class was conducted in accordance with modern requirements of higher pedagogical education and was distinguished by a high methodological level.
During the lecture, the instructor demonstrated profound knowledge of the subject and skillfully combined theoretical material with practical examples drawn from the professional activity of a teacher.
The main objective of the class was to develop future teachers’ professional psychological culture, enhance their communicative and interactive skills, and promote awareness of the role of pedagogical interaction in the educational process.
To achieve this objective, the following tasks were implemented:
–revealing the essence of pedagogical interaction and communication;
–analyzing the main types and levels of pedagogical communication;
–identifying typical communicative difficulties and ways to overcome them;
–developing students’ analytical and critical thinking, as well as their ability to cooperate and engage in dialogue.
The instructor actively used modern educational technologies, multimedia presentations, video materials, and visual resources. To stimulate students’ cognitive activity, such methods as brainstorming, question-and-answer, and role modeling of pedagogical communication situations were applied.
In the practical part of the class, students analyzed specific pedagogical cases related to the characteristics of interaction between teachers and pupils, developed recommendations for building effective communication, and maintaining pedagogical tact. The discussion took place in an atmosphere of mutual respect and professional interest.
At the reflection stage, the technique “One Word” was used, allowing students to express their impressions, evaluate their own activity, and reflect on their personal learning experience. The instructor summarized the results of the class and emphasized the importance of empathy, ethics, and communication culture in the professional activity of a teacher.
